The purpose is of avoiding the sliding frictions also in that case in which both elements (2, 3) in which the annular tracks (5, 6) for ball (4) rolling are provided get positioned with their symmetry axes (10, 11) being mutually incident. Due to this reason, the traditional pivot and the corresponding female hollow cooperating with it have been eliminated. The side portions (8) of the annular tracks (5, 6) have now a development characterized as follows: .cndot. it is extended enough in order to retain the rolling bodies (4) inside the hinge (1-1G) during their rolling along the annular tracks (5, 6); .cndot. and is limited enough in order to generate between the first element (2) and the second element (3) in the region of the rolling bodies (4), an annular gap (9) which is wide enough in order to prevent any contacts between the first element (2) and the second element (3) also in the case when their respective symmetry axes (10, 11) are mutually incident.
