ABSTRACT This invention relates to improvements in a hinge wherein upper and lower leaf formations are connected together by a pintle for swinging movement of one in relation to the other wherein each leaf formation includes a central plate portion with hinge barrel extending along one edge thereof and a mounting plate portion extending from the opposite edge thereof in a plane generally parallel to a plane that includes the central axis of the hinge barrel, the hinge barrel of the upper leaf formation corresponding to and surmounting the hinge barrel of the lower leaf formation whereby the same can be connected together by the pintle in aligned relation for relative swinging movement.
