The present invention discloses a finger ring (10) having at least two members (12, 14), preferably toroidal, that are connected together at a point by a hinge (25). Diametrically opposite the hinge point, the first member (12) has a clasp (50) hingeably connected thereto. Diametrically opposite the hinge point, the second member (14) has a catch (61). In a closed position, the clasp (50) engages with the catch (61) to form a finger ring having unitary appearance. The first and second members can be configured with informative and decorative indicia on the inner mating surfaces of the members.
