A hitch structure comprises a support frame adapted to be mounted to a tail portion of a work vehicle, a tube supported crosswise on the support frame and a hitch for connecting a work machine to the work vehicle. The hitch is comprised of an upper jaw plate and a lower jaw plate joined together by means of a pin in such a manner as to be capable of opening and closing actions, whereby the jaw plates can cooperate to hold the tube on the support-frame. The hitch structure thus allows easy mounting and releasing, produces little play, and is free from worries about its parts being lost.
