A method of generating an HIV-specific cytotoxic T-cell response in a host involves an initial administration of a T-helper molecule to the host to prime T-helper cells of the immune system of the host and a subsequent administration to the host of a mixture of the T-helper molecule and a T-cell inducing HIV-derived molecule to generate an HIV-specific T-cell response in the host.

Le procédé de la présente invention permet de générer chez un hôte une réponse spécifique du VIH de la part de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques. Le procédé consiste d'abord à administrer à l'hôte une molécule d'inducteur du lymphocyte T de façon à réaliser une primo-immunisation du système immunitaire de l'hôte par un inducteur du lymphocyte T. Le procédé consiste ensuite à administrer à l'hôte un mélange de molécule d'inducteur du lymphocyte T et de molécule dérivée de VIH inductrice de lymphocyte T de façon à générer au niveau de l'hôte une réponse de lymphocyte T spécifique du VIH.
