Hoarding clips are provided for removeably securing a membrane to a tubular member, such as those in scaffolding structures. A C-clip has arc having an arcuate extent greater than 180 degrees for fitting over the tubular member and sandwiching the membrane thereto. In one embodiment the C-clip is formed of resilient material for elastically flexing over maximal diametral extent of the tubular member. In another embodiment, the clip has arms which are rigid and hinged to open and fit over the tubular member and having a lock at a spine to lock the clip in a gripping position.
