There are a number of hockey stick bags on the market that are designed with a shoulder strap for the player to carry. This type of hockey stick bag does not take into account how the sticks are positioned inside the bag for ease of carrying and that the player may find it cumbersome having to lug around two separate equipment bags; one with his/her hockey equipment and the other for the hockey sticks. In this invention, we have designed a hockey stick carrying bag that will meet the need of hockey players and reduce having to carry two separate bags for equipment. The hockey stick carrying bag is designed to the actual contour of a hockey stick as indicated by the heel to toe section of the bag (Attachment A). To further enhance the portability and uniqueness of the hockey stick bag, we have eliminated the shoulder straps and inserted two heavy duty velcro strips designed to wrap around the carrying straps of a hockey equipment bag. This concept makes the hockey stick carrying bag part of the over-all equipment bag, thus the player only has to carry one bag.
