The invention relates to an arrangement for making possible tightening of a screw joint in a bone-anchored dental implant without the tissue surrounding the implant being stressed. The arrangement consists of a first part (6) which is rotationally locked in relation to the implant and a second part (7) in the form of an arm (7') which is rigidly connected to the first part (6) and extends essentially perpendicularly from the latter and is provided with a part (10) which interacts with the stationary part of the tightening tool so that undesirable rotary movements are prevented.
