16 Abstract: Holder (1) for supporting and holding of objects, such as tools and implements and comprising a holder element (2) with a gripping ele- ment (3) as well as attachment devices (13) for the attachment of the holder (1) to a supporting surface. At least the gripping ele- ment (3) or the holder element (2) consists of a relatively rigid but flexible material, preferably an elastic material, such as rubber. The gripping element (3), which is intended to grasp the object, is disposed so as to be able to alter its shape and displays two gripping devices (5) located at a distance from one another and a limitation device (6) extending between the gripping devices.
