In order to provide a holding and fastening device (1) having means for holding at least one photovoltaic module and/or solar collector module in an alignment suited for the intended use and having fastening means for fastening to a roof surface, that allows for a simple and secure attachment of solar modules and/or solar collectors even to flat roofs while preventing damage to the roof structure and without impairing the leak tightness of the roof, it is proposed for the fastening means to comprise at least one flat support section (7) having a support surface for the plane-parallel support on the roof surface.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de maintien et de fixation (1) comprenant des moyens pour maintenir au moins un module photovoltaïque et/ou module de collecteur solaire dans une orientation adéquate pour une utilisation déterminée, ainsi que des moyens de fixation permettant d'effectuer une fixation sur une surface de toit. L'objectif de cette invention est de créer un dispositif de maintien et de fixation qui permet de monter des modules solaires et/ou des collecteurs solaires de manière simple et fiable, également sur des surfaces de toit sans endommager la structure du toit, ni compromettre l'étanchéité du toit. A cet effet, les moyens de fixation comprennent au moins une section de pose plane (7) comportant une surface de pose permettant une pose plane et parallèle sur la surface du toit.
