A holder (1) of a contact lens for vitreous body operation capable of suppressing a burden on an operator and an operation time, remarkably reducing a burden on the eyeball of a patient, and reducing the possibility of occurrence of a post-operation complication in the operation of the vitreous body in the eyeball of a human body, comprising eyelid opening parts (10a, 10b) for opening upper and lower eyelids by pulling, a lens ring (30) for holding a contact lens for operation on the eyeball, and connection parts (40a, 40b) for connecting the eyelid opening parts (10a, 10b) to the lens ring (30) for the contact lens for operation, characterized in that the contact lens for operation is held on the eyeball, whereby the sewing treatment of the lens ring (30) to the eyeball can be eliminated by installing the holder (1) on the eyeball of the patient.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de maintien (1) pour lentille de contact pour fonctionnement du corps vitré, qui permet d'alléger la tâche de l'opérateur et de réduire le temps d'intervention. Ce dispositif soulage considérablement le globe oculaire du patient et réduit les risques de complications post-opératoires suite à une intervention sur le corps vitré. Ce dispositif, qui comprend des parties (10a. 10b) permettant d'ouvrir les paupières par traction, une bague de lentille (30) maintenant une lentille de contact sur le globe oculaire, et des pièces de raccordement (40a, 40b) assurant la liaison des pièces d'ouverture des paupières (10a, 10b) avec la bague de lentille (30), se caractérise en ce que la lentille de contact est maintenue sur le globe oculaire, ce qui permet d'éliminer le travail de suture sur le globe oculaire du fait que le dispositif de maintien (1) est monté sur le globe oculaire du patient.
