The invention concerns a hollow composite product comprising over 20 % glass in the form of long fibres, the thickness of the product walls further ranging between 1 and 10 mm about. The invention also concerns a method for making said product, which consists in inserting in a mould (10) a preheated assembly (9) comprising in its core at least an inflatable pocket covered with at least a composite structure, the composite structure including at least a filler material in the form of long fibres and the preheated assembly including a material capable of creeping, and in inflating the inflatable pocket under pressure higher than 40 bars.
La présente invention concerne un produit composite creux comprenant plus de 20 % de verre sous forme de fibres longues, l'épaisseur des parois du produit étant en outre comprise entre 1 et 10 mm environ, et concerne un procédé de fabrication de ce produit, dans lequel on introduit dans un moule (10) un ensemble (9) préchauffé comprenant à coeur au moins une poche gonflable revêtue d'au moins une structure composite, la structure composite comprenant au moins une matière de renfort sous forme de fibres longues et l'ensemble préchauffé comprenant un matériau apte à fluer, et dans lequel on gonfle la poche gonflable sous une pression supérieure à 40 bars.
