By means of having taken advantage of certain physical properties of solids with a manufacturing process of incrementally deforming hollow links (10), there is produced new hollow diamond cut jewelry rope chain (1), which results in a product weighing up to 60 % less than its solid counterpart, but which in its aesthetic looks is similar to solid diamond cut jewelry chain (1) and furthermore, with a hardness greater than the same hollow chain that has not gone through the process. This invention presents a new diamond cut chain, which costs a fraction of the price of a solid chain aesthetically similar.

L'exploitation judicieuse de certaines propriétés physiques des solides, conjuguée à un procédé de fabrication de maillons creux (10), lesquels sont déformés par incréments, permet de fabriquer un nouveau type de chaîne corde creuse (1) de joaillerie, en pointes de diamant. Ce type de chaîne pèse jusqu'à 60 % de moins que son équivalent plein, tandis que son apparence esthétique est similaire à celle d'une chaîne pleine (1) en pointes de diamant.
