A hollow fiber element constituting a separation membrane module for separating an organic vapor is disclosed. At least one end part of a fiber bundle consisting of multiple hollow fiber membranes having a selective permeability is fixed and bound with a tube sheet formed by a cured material of an epoxy resin composition. Herein, a resin component of the epoxy resin composition contains an epoxy compound (A) represented by the following formula (1), an epoxy compound (B) represented by the following formula (2) and an aromatic amine compound (C), and wherein the epoxy compound (A) and the epoxy compound (B) are blended at a proportion in a range from 90:10 to 60=40 by weight; (see formula 1), (see formula 2) wherein R denotes alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or hydrogen atom. The tube sheet has enough endurance to retain a gas-tightness of an internal space of the hollow fiber membrane and an external space of the hollow fiber membrane even in use under organic vapor with an elevated temperature and high pressure, and is suitably moldable in a stationary state as well.

L'invention porte sur un élément à fibres creuses comme composant d'un module de membrane de séparation pour séparation organique-vapeur. L'élément comprend un faisceau de fibres composé de nombreuses membranes à fibres creuses à perméabilité sélective et dont au moins une extrémité a été fixée et liée à une plaque de tubes faite d'un objet durci formé à partir d'une composition de résine époxy. La composition de résine époxy comprend le composé époxy (A) représenté par la formule (1), un composé époxy (B) représenté par la formule (2), et un composé d'amine aromatique (C), le rapport du composé époxy (A) au composé époxy (B) étant de 90/10 à 60/40 en poids. La durabilité de la plaque de tubes permet à l'espace interne des membranes à fibres creuses et à l'espace situé à l'extérieur des membranes de conserver une étanchéité aux gaz suffisante même dans des vapeurs organiques à haute température et à haute pression. La plaque de tubes peut être avantageusement formée par moulage stationnaire. (Dans la formule (2), R représente alkyle en C1-3 ou hydrogène.)
