A method of inducing a sale of a product (306) in a retail environment includes providing the product (306) in a storage structure (302) from which a potential purchaser may take physical possession of the product (306). A true hologram (300, 300A, 300B, 300C) is provided to project a three-dimensional holographic image into a first space (304, 304A, 304B, 304C) proximate to the storage structure (302) to attract potential purchaser attention. The holographic image from the true hologram (300, 300A, 300B, 300C) is used to communicate information about the product (306) to the potential purchaser.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'induire la vente d'un produit dans un environnement de vente au détail, qui consiste à présenter le produit dans une structure de stockage dans laquelle un acheteur éventuel peut prendre matériellement possession dudit produit. Un hologramme réel est conçu pour projeter une image holographique tridimensionnelle dans un premier espace à proximité de la structure de stockage afin d'attirer l'attention de l'acheteur. L'image holographique provenant du hologramme réel sert à communiquer à l'acheteur éventuel des informations sur le produit en question.
