ABSTRACT Homogeneous concentrated liquid detergent compositions with a ternary surfactant system are disclosed. The ternary system contains two anionic surfactants, an alkyl(aryl)- sulfonate and a succinate, and a nonionic surfactant. The compositions exhibit a pH in the neutral to mildly alkaline domain. Preferred compositions additionally contain a low level of oleic acid.
