Using BLAST analysis means, homologies among the data contained in the data group to be analyzed and the data contained in the first data group are respectively calculated and the number of homologous data (number of orthologous genes) is calculated as a first homology x by using the calculation results. Setting nA thresholds E~s, the first homology xi is calculated concerning each threshold Ei. Then, homologies among the data contained in the data group to be analyzed and the data contained in the second data group are respectively calculated and the number of homologous data (number of orthologous genes) is calculated as a second homology y by using the calculation results. Setting nB thresholds E~s, the second homology yi is calculated concerning each threshold Ei. Using T calibration means, it is judged that the data group to be analyzed are analogous either to the first data group or the second data group, based on the relationship among the first homology xi, the second homology yi and the number of the thresholds n.
L'invention concerne un moyen d'analyse BLAST grâce auquel des homologies observées parmi les données contenues dans le groupe de données à analyser et les données contenues dans le premier groupe de données sont respectivement calculées, et le nombre de données homologues (nombre de gènes orthologues) est calculée en tant que première homologie x au moyen des résultats du calcul. En définissant n¿A? seuils E's, la première homologie x¿1? est calculée pour chaque seuil E¿1?. Les homologies observées parmi les données contenues dans le groupe de données à analyser et les données contenues dans le second groupe de données sont ensuite calculées respectivement, et le nombre de données homologues (nombre de gènes orthologues) est calculée en tant que seconde homologie y au moyen des résultats du calcul.
