A hook and ring game comprises a ring and a hook assembly. The ring is secured to one end of a filament which is in turn secured to an overhead structure at the other end thereof. The hook assembly comprises a hook mounted on a plate member, and a holder for holding the hook mounting plate member. The hook mounting plate member is removably and selectively held in the holder so that the hook may be disposed in different positions adapted to receive the ring swingable towards the hook from different directions.
