A hopper assembly (10) for a ready mixed concrete truck (20) having a material off loading position and a material on loading position. The hopper assembly (10) includes a main chute portion (102) and a movable portion (12) movable between an open position for off loading and a closed position for on loading. The movable portion (12) directs material directly into an opening of a mixing drum (22) providing for the rapid on loading from an overhead delivery apparatus when in the closed position. When the movable portion (12) is in the open position or off loading position a passage area between the hopper assembly (10) and the mixing drum (22) is increased thereby eliminating a restricted area to provide for the effective dispensing of high viscosity material such as low slump concrete.
L'invention concerne un ensemble trémie (10) pour camion (20) malaxeur de béton prêt à l'emploi pouvant adopter une position de matière et une position de chargement. Cet ensemble trémie (10) comprend une partie principale de déversement (102) et une partie mobile (12) pouvant basculer entre une position ouverte pour le déchargement de matière et une position fermée pour le chargement de matière. La partie mobile (12) dirige la matière directement dans l'ouverture d'un tambour malaxeur (22), ce qui permet un chargement rapide depuis un appareil de distribution surélevé lorsque le camion se trouve en position fermée. Lorsque la partie mobile (12) se trouve en position ouverte ou en position de déchargement, une zone de passage située entre l'ensemble trémie (10) et le tambour malaxeur (22) se trouve élargie, ce qui permet de supprimer une zone restreinte afin d'assurer une distribution efficace de matières à viscosité élevée, notamment du béton à faible taux d'affaissement.
