A wind powered turbine is comprised of a frame on which is horizontally and rotatably supported a rotor on a rotor shaft. The rotor is formed by three or more radial blade members which are secured to the rotor shaft. The radial blade members are equidistantly spaced from one another and each have support arms and a wind vane secured at an outer end portion of the support arms. The wind vane is shaped to capture an airflow directed thereagainst for displacement thereof to create a rotational force about the rotor shaft to rotate the shaft about its longitudinal central axis. The radial blade members are rigidly interconnected to one another at an outer end portion thereof by tension adjustable bracing tie wires. A wind channeling guide assembly accelerates and directs the airflow in an actuating airflow path to impinge upon at leas of the wind vanes positioned in the actuating airflow path.
L'invention porte sur une éolienne constituée d'un cadre sur lequel est supporté de façon horizontale et rotative un rotor, sur un arbre de rotor. Le rotor est formé par au moins trois éléments de pale radiale qui sont fixés à l'arbre de rotor. Les éléments de pale radiale sont espacés à équidistance les uns des autres et ont chacun des bras de support et une aube d'éolienne fixée à une partie d'extrémité externe des bras de support. L'aube d'éolienne est façonnée pour capturer un écoulement d'air dirigé contre celle-ci, pour un déplacement de celle-ci afin de créer une force de rotation autour de l'arbre de rotor afin de faire tourner l'arbre suivant son axe central longitudinal. Les éléments de pale radiale sont interconnectés de façon rigide les uns aux autres à une partie d'extrémité externe de ceux-ci par des aubes de maintien à tension réglable. Un ensemble de guidage de canalisation du vent accélère et dirige l'écoulement d'air dans un trajet d'écoulement d'air d'actionnement pour qu'il heurte au moins l'une des aubes d'éolienne positionnées dans le trajet d'écoulement d'air d'actionnement.
