The invention is an accessory for balancing multiple Horizontal Wind Turbine blades to minimize vibrations and low frequency sounds when rotated by the wind. It is secured within the back side of each blade precisely at or near its tip with a cover for easy access. The accessory allows the manual insertion or removal of calibrated weights and those remaining are firmly secured. The accessory allows each blade of a multiple blade assembly to be of equal precise weight to the others. The next phase is the balancing of the totality of the blades when fixed on the blade rotor by determining the individual blades that requires further balancing when rotated. This also minimize any imbalance from the on- shaft components such as the generator, gears, etc which may also contribute to vibrations and low-high frequency sounds. Balanced blades on the wind turbine also contribute to a lower start-up speed.
