Abstract of the Disclosure A horizontally rotating disc type sintering furnace comprising an annular furnace bed formed by a plurality of wind boxes with fire grates mounted thereon, a central ring chamber having compartments, and connecting pipes, whereby dust produced at sintering process is collected in each compartment acting positively as a dust catcher with high efficiency and automatically discharged, out of the furnace, in the range where suction draught is stopped in response to the furnace rotation.
