The invention relates to a horn antenna combining horizontal and vertical ridges. The inventive antenna comprises two well-differentiated parts, namely a first part forming an antenna with horizontal ridges, i.e. parallel to the propagation axis, and a second part with vertical ridges, i.e. transverse to the propagation axis. Preferably, the opening in the ridge arrangement in both parts can adopt Gaussian or linear functions.
