The invention relates to a horse snaffle bit with two lateral parts (20, 22) and a shackle (24), which is situated between these parts (20, 22) and which comprises: a) a least one joint (26, 28), and; b) two lateral sections (29, 31), each lateral section (29, 31) having an end located at a distance from the joint (26, 28) and a borehole (32) is made in these distal ends of the lateral sections (29, 31) in order to accommodate one of the parts (20, 22) in a manner that enables them to move freely. The invention is characterized in that: each lateral section (29, 31) has a first surface area (44) and a second surface area (46); the first surface area (44) extends from the joint (26, 28) to a distance of at least 20 % and no greater than 50 % of the overall length of the lateral section (29, 31) from the joint (26, 28); the second surface area (46) is connected to the first surface area (44) and extends to the distal end of the lateral section (29, 31); the first surface area (44) has a matte surface, and; the second surface area (46) has a high-lustrous surface.
L'invention concerne un mors destiné à un cheval et comprenant deux parties latérales (20, 22) et un étrier (24) qui est intercalé entre ces parties (20, 22) et qui présente a) au moins une articulation (26, 28) et b) deux sections latérales (29, 31). Chaque section latérale (29, 31) a une extrémité opposée à l'articulation (26, 28) et dans cette extrémité opposée des sections latérales (29, 31), respectivement un orifice (32) est destiné au logement librement mobile de respectivement une partie (20, 22). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que chaque section latérale (29, 31) a une première zone superficielle (44) et une deuxième zone superficielle (46) qui s'étend de la première zone superficielle (44) depuis l'articulation (26, 28) jusqu'à une distance de minimum 20 % et de maximum 50 % de la longueur totale de la section latérale (29, 31) depuis l'articulation (26, 28) ; en ce que la deuxième zone superficielle (46) prolonge la première zone superficielle (44) et s'étend jusqu'à l'extrémité opposée de la section latérale (29, 31) ; en ce que la première zone superficielle (44) a une surface mate et la deuxième zone superficielle (46) une surface hautement brillante.
