The invention relates to a hose with a tubular casing formed with a resin (3), preferably vinyl ester or polyester, as well as a method for using same. According to the invention, it is provided that cut-to-length glass fiber tubes (2) are embedded in the resin (3) forming the hose (1), and that the length of the glass fiber tubes (2) on both surfaces (1a, 1b) of the hose (1) have values which are preset and different from one another (Fig. 6).
