The invention relates to hose clamps. The invention provides a clamp, comprising clamping band means having clamping band end portions intended to form overlapping inner and outer band portions in the installed condition, a connection operable to connect overlapping band portions, a tightening device for tightening the clamping band means about an object to be fastened thereby, said tightening device forming a gap in the circumferential direction of the clamping band means, and further means assuring gap-free and stepless internal clamping surfaces of the clamping band means including a male member near the end of the inner band portion adapted to cooperate with a female member in the outer band portion, said male member having a width less than the full band width, characterized in that said male member is provided with a bent-up tab-like member on each side thereof, and said outer band portion being provided with two guide slots for engagement by said tab-like members to guide relative movements of the inner and outer band portions during tightening of the tightening device.
L'invention porte sur une revendication (11) selon laquelle les parties intérieure et extérieure se recouvrant (11a, 11b, 111a, 111b) d'un collier de serrage sont reliées par une connexion (31, 32, 131, 170). Ledit collier (11) comporte un élément (13, 113) de serrage autour de l'objet à brider, et un dispositif rendant la surface de serrage plane et exempte de discontinuités. A cet effet le collier comporte: un élément mâle (61, 161) situé à l'extrémité de la partie intérieure (11b, 111b) et coopérant avec un élément femelle (67, 167) situé sur la partie extérieure (11a, 111a); un système de guidage (21, 63') consistant en un languettes recourbées vers le haut (21, 121) situées de part et d'autre de l'élément mâle (67, 167) et s'engageant dans des fentes de guidage (63', 163') de la partie supérieure (11a, 111a) pour guider le déplacement relatif de la partie intérieure et de la partie extérieure (11a, 11b, 111a, 111b) pendant le bridage de l'élément de serrage (13, 131). Ladite connexion (31, 32, 131, 170) peut également comporter un système de jeu permettant d'effectuer la déformation plastique initiale du dispositif de serrage (31, 131) sans quasiment modifier le diamètre du collier.
