ABSTRACT HOSE COUPLING AND METHOD THEREFOR A coupling 14, a reinforced hose and coupling assembly 10 and a method of making such an assembly is disclosed. The coupling 14 includes an internal recess 36 which in the assembly 10 is filled with elastomeric material to provide a fluid tight seal between the hose 12 and the coupling 14.
