ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A combustion engine utilized for pumping crude oil in oilfields. The engine uses crude oil as fuel allowing the engine to run continuously in remote locations with only occasional maintenance. The engine includes a hot bulb combustion chamber for burning the crude and driving the piston assembly and an oil injection assembly to supply the oil to the hot bulb combustion chamber. The injection assembly replaces the magneto normally supplied in such oilfield engines and is timingly linked to the engine in order to inject crude oil from the oilfield to the hot bulb chamber. The two cycle engine includes a compression-ignition stroke and a power stroke at which point the spent fuel is exhausted.
