The invention provides a hot dip galvanized steel sheet which has: a hot dip galvanizing layer having a flat part on a surface thereof; and a film formed on the flat part. The film is composed of a compound containing Zn, Fe, and O, having an average film thickness A in a range from 10 to 100 nm determined by an element analysis of the film, and has {[Fe] /([Zn] +[Fe])} in the film in a range from 0.002 to 0.25, where [Zn] and [Fe] designate the content (% by atom) of Zn and Fe in the film, respectively. Since the hot dip galvanized steel sheet of the invention has excellent press-formability, bondability, and phosphatability, it is suitable for automobiles and electrical appliances.
La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier plaquée de zinc par immersion à chaud qui présente une couche de placage de zinc par immersion à chaud, laquelle possède une partie plate formée à la surface de celle-ci, un film de revêtement comprenant des composés contenant ZN, Fe et O étant formé sur cette partie plate. Ce film de revêtement possède une épaisseur moyenne (A) comprise entre 10 nm et 100 nm telles que déterminés à partir de l'analyse élémentaire de celle-ci et, une valeur de Fe/(Zn) + (Fe) dans le film de revêtement est comprise entre 0,002 et 0,25, Zn et Fe représentant un contenu (% d'atomes) de Zn et de Fe dans ce film de revêtement. Cette tôle d'acier plaquée de zinc par immersion à chaud possède d'excellentes caractéristiques de travail sous presse, d'adhésivité et de traitement chimique et, elle convient ainsi pour une utilisation dans le domaine de l'automobile et des appareils électriques domestiques
