A hot-forming die for a press-forming device press-forms a heated metal plate (body to be formed) (4) and cools the body by jetting a refrigerant to the body. The hot-forming die has a main feeding passage (10a) for allowing the refrigerant to pass therethrough, branched feeding passages (10b) branched from the main feeding passage and having jetting openings (10c) for jetting the refrigerant to the outside of the die, and nozzle members (11) fixed to the jetting opening side of the branched feeding passages and limiting the passage amount of the refrigerant by using passage holes (11a) for allowing the refrigerant to pass therethrough. In a hot press-forming method, the refrigerant in the die is held on standby after being pressurized to a degree at which the refrigerant is not jetted, further pressurized at a predetermined timing during or after press working, and then jetted to the body.
La présente invention concerne une matrice de formage à chaud destinée à un dispositif de formage sous pression qui forme sous pression une plaque métallique chauffée (corps à former) (4) et refroidit le corps par projection de réfrigérant sur le corps. La matrice de formage à chaud comprend : un passage d'alimentation principal (10a) qui permet au réfrigérant de passer ; des passages d'alimentation ramifiés (10b) qui se ramifient à partir du passage d'alimentation principal et qui possèdent des ouvertures de projection (10c) en vue de projeter le réfrigérant vers l'extérieur de la matrice ; et des éléments buse (11) fixés sur le côté de l'ouverture de projection des passages d'alimentation ramifiés et limitant la quantité de réfrigérant passant à l'aide d'orifices de passage (11a) permettant le passage du réfrigérant. Dans un procédé de formage à chaud, le réfrigérant présent dans la matrice est maintenu en attente après avoir été pressurisé jusqu'à un point où il n'est pas encore projeté, puis pressurisé une fois de plus à un moment préétabli pendant ou après le travail de presse, et enfin projeté sur le corps.
