The invention relates to a binder made from natural bitumen, or bitumen from the petroleum industry and comprises a first additive made from a hydrocarbon wax, the melting point of which is greater than 85 ·C. The binder further comprises a fatty acid ester wax of synthetic, vegetable or fossil vegetable origin with a melting point of less than 85 ·C. The above is of application to the production of sealing coatings for buildings or civil engineering works, coatings for highways or urban areas.

Ce liant est réalisé à base de bitume naturel, ou de bitume de l'industrie pétrolière, et comprend un premier additif constitué par une cire d'hydrocarbure dont le point de fusion est supérieur à 85~C. Ce liant comprend en outre une cire d'ester d'acide gras d'origine synthétique, végétale ou végétale fossile, qui a un point de fusion inférieur à 85~C. Application à la réalisation de revêtements d'étanchéité de bâtiments ou d'ouvrages de Génie Civil, de revêtements de voiries ou d'aménagements urbains.
