The present invention relates to a hot rolling process for rolling aluminium and aluminium alloys sheets, comprising applying an effective amount of an oil- in-water emulsion comprising water and a water-soluble oil composition comprising a base stock oil and, based on the total weight of the water- soluble oil composition, from 1 to 80 % by weight of di(2-ethylhexyl) adipate ester. The invention also relates to a water-soluble aluminium and aluminium hot rolling oil composition, to an oil-in water emulsion prepared therewith and to the use of said oil-in-water emulsion in a hot rolling process.
L'invention concerne un procédé de laminage à chaud de feuilles d'aluminium et d'alliages d'aluminium qui consiste à appliquer une quantité efficace d'une émulsion de type huileux constituée d'eau et d'une composition d'huile hydrosoluble comprenant une huile de base et, sur la base du poids total de la composition d'huile hydrosoluble, de 1 à 80 % en poids d'un ester de l'acide di(2-éthylhexyl)adipique. L'invention concerne aussi une composition d'huile hydrosoluble destinée au laminage à chaud d'aluminium et d'alliages d'aluminium, une émulsion de type huileux préparée à partir de cette composition d'huile et l'utilisation de cet émulsion de type huileux dans un procédé de laminage à chaud.
