-1- ABSTRACT An ice-cream scooper is known to be a reinforced metallic spoon which scoops ice-cream from its container. In this invention a coil which is electrically charged is attached to the under side of the scooping portion of the spoon. The coil becomes heated when electrically charged, thus heating up the metallic scooper making it easier to scoop hard frozen ice-cream.
