A hotbed frame including a rectangular, top-open hotbed holding a certain amount of soil for growing plants and having bottom drain holes, a transparent cover base fastened to hotbed at the top by pins and pin holes, and a transparent cover pivoted to the cover base and turned between a horizontal position to close the hotbed, and a vertical position to open the hotbed.
