The present invention relates to a house building module for module systems used in house building and methods in connection herewith. According to the invention, the module includes cellular plastic and U-sections of metal fitted into the cellular plastic as well as at least one concrete reinforcement extending in the longitudinal direction of the module. A house building module according to the invention can be comprised of a wall portion with integrated foundation portion (70). For casting the concrete reinforcement a method is applied in which the module per se constitutes a casting mould.
Cette invention, qui a trait à un module de construction d'habitation individuelle pour systèmes modulaires à utiliser pour la construction d'habitations individuelles, concerne également des procédés en rapport. Le module selon l'invention est constitué de plastique cellulaire et de parties métalliques en U équipant le plastique cellulaire ainsi que d'au moins un renfort en béton s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal du module. Le module de construction d'habitation individuelle de l'invention peut être constitué d'une partie constituant une paroi pourvue d'une partie constituant les fondations (70) solidaire de la partie constituant la paroi. La technique employée pour le coulage du béton consiste à se servir du module comme moule de coulée.
