The invention concerns a household electric cooking appliance, comprising a body (1) forming a base (2) arranged for receiving a working bowl (3), a lid (5) for closing the working bowl (3), and means for locking the lid (5) on the working bowl (3) arranged on the base (2). The invention is characterised in that the locking means comprise at least two jaws mounted mobile countering at least return means (7) between a locking position and an unlocking position, and the appliance comprises means for unlocking mounted mobile between an inoperative position wherein the jaws are capable of locking the lid (5) on the bowl (3), and an active position, wherein the jaws take up their unlocking position.
L'invention concerne un appareil électroménager de préparation culinaire, comportant un corps (1) formant un solcle (2) prévu pour recevoir un récipient de travail (3), un couvercle (5) prévu pour fermer le récipient de travail (3), et des moyens de verrouillage du couvercle (5) sur le récipient de travail (3) disposé sur le socle (2). Conformément à l'invention les moyens de verrouillage comportent au moins deux mâchoires montées mobiles à l'encontre d'au moins un moyen de rappel (7) entre une position de verrouillage, et une position de déverrouillage, et en ce que l'appareil comporte des moyens de déverrouillage montés mobiles entre une position de repos dans laquelle les mâchoires sont susceptibles de verrouiller le couvercle (5) sur le récipient (3), et une position active, dans laquelle les mâchoires occupent leur position de déverrouillage.
