The invention refers to a housing for a freezer installation, in particular a freezer cabinet, for storing frozen foodstuffs, the housing having the following components: a base unit (15; 15.11; 15.2) of rectangular outline, a top frame (17; 17.1; 17.2) which consists of plastic, is rectangular, runs all the way round, encloses an access opening (17.3; 17.4) and bears a movable cover (30.1; 30.2; 31.1; 31.2) arrangement which closes or releases the access opening (17.3; 17.4) of the top frame (17; 17.1; 17.2), two mutually opposite side-part (24; 25) arrangements of essentially the same outline, each having an opening (26), side panels (22; 23) which consist of metal, of which each is arranged on one side of the housing and of which the surfaces are visible through the openings (26) in the side-part (24; 25) arrangements, a rear-wall panel (21) which consists of metal, and a front-wall panel (20) which consists of metal. Further the invention refers to a modular housing system for housings of different volumes, each housing being provided for a freezer installation, in particular a freezer cabinet, for storing frozen foodstuffs with the above components. The above housing and housing system for a freezer cabinet provides favourable resistance to mechanical loading of plastic freezer cabinets, while maintaining favourable efficiency and improved heat distribution.
L'invention concerne une structure d'installation de congélateur, notamment d'une armoire congélateur destinée à stocker des produits alimentaires surgelés, la structure étant composée des éléments suivants: une base (15; 15.11; 15.2) au contour rectangulaire, un cadre supérieur (17; 17.1; 17.2), en matière plastique, rectangulaire et entourant une ouverture d'accès (17.3; 17.4) et soutenant un agencement de couvercle amovible (30.1; 30.2; 31.1; 31.2), lequel ferme ou libère l'ouverture d'accès (17.3; 17.4) du cadre supérieur (17; 17.1; 17.2), deux agencements latéraux situés l'un en face de l'autre (24; 25), présentant chacun essentiellement le même contour ainsi qu'une ouverture (26), des panneaux latéraux (22; 23) en métal disposés chacun sur un côté de la structure et présentant des surfaces visibles à travers les ouvertures (26) des agencements latéraux (24; 25), un panneau arrière (21) en métal, ainsi qu'un panneau antérieur (20) également en métal. En outre, l'invention concerne un système de structure modulaire destiné à des structures de volumes différents, chaque structure étant conçue pour l'installation d'un congélateur, notamment d'une armoire congélateur, aux fins de stockage de denrées alimentaires surgelées, au moyen desdits composants ci-dessus décrits. Cette structure et ce système de structure, destinés à une armoire congélateur, offrent une résistance appréciable aux charges mécaniques des armoires congélateurs en plastique, tout en conservant une bonne efficacité et en permettant une distribution thermique améliorée.
