ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In Hovercrafts, it is known to have propulsive thrust developed by free or shrouded propeller system. Those vehicles are supported over any surface by an air cushion. They have directional control provided by vectoring propulsive thrust. In this invention a track or pair of tracks is used to provide support and traction while the vehicle is ridding over hard surfaces, and a combination of air-cushion for support and thrust developed by spinning track or pair of tracks to propel the vehicle over water. Directional control in case of single track vehicle is provided by inclining front skis while in case of double track vehicle by means of tracks differential thrust.
