The present invention relates to novel CD4+ and CD8+ T cell epitopes that are specific for HPV-specific E6 and E7 oncoproteins, to peptides comprising these novel T cell epitopes, and to (vaccine) compositions comprising these peptides for use in methods for the prevention and/or treatment of HPV related diseases. Preferred epitopes are recognized by a T cell that infiltrates a cervical neoplastic lesion or by a T cell from a draining lymph node, and are presented by an HLA-DQ or HLA-DP molecule, or an HLA-B.

Nouveaux épitopes de lymphocytes T qui sont spécifiques, pour des oncoprotéines E6 et E7 spécifiques du palpillomavirus, de peptides comprenant ces nouveaux épitopes, ainsi que des compositions de vaccin comprenant ces peptides pour utilisation dans le cadre de méthodes de prévention et/ou de traitement de maladies en rapport avec le papillomavirus humain. Les épitopes préférés sont reconnus par un lymphocyte T infiltrant une lésion néoplasique du cerveau ou par un lymphocyte T provenant d'un ganglion lymphatique drainant, et sont présentés par une molécule HLA-DQ ou HLA-DP, ou bien un HLA-B.
