Abstract Human monoclonal antibodies (HmAbs) capable of reacting with cell surface antigens and intracellular components are disclosed. It has been found that HmAbs Ev248, Ch5, Ch13, Te39, Hu44, Ge-1, Gr-431, Gr169 and Sp909 may be used to detect these antigens in various cells. By means of these HmAbs malignant cells may be determined. This information may be used to screen metastasized tumors and primary tumors for tissue source and greatly affects the management of these cancers.
