Disclosed herein are nucleic acid sequences that encode Wnt, zinc transporter, mitsugumin29, slit-3, LRR/GPCR, major histocompatibility complex enhancer protein MAD3, interleukin 9, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor, and thioredoxin related polypeptides. Also disclosed are polypeptides encoded by these nucleic acid sequences, and antibodies, which immunospecifically-bind to the polypeptide, as well as derivatives, variants, mutants, or fragments of the aforementioned polypeptide, polynucleotide, or antibody. The invention further discloses therapeutic, diagnostic and research methods for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders involving any one of these novel human nucleic acids and proteins.
L'invention concerne des séquences d'acide nucléique qui codent Wnt, le transporteur du zinc, mitsugumin29, slit-3, LRR/GPCR, la protéine activatrice du complexe majeur d'histocompatibilité MAD3, l'interleukine 9, le récepteur du 5-hydroxytryptamine, et des polypeptides apparentés à la thioredoxine. L'invention concerne également des polypeptides codés par ces séquences d'acide nucléique, et des anticorps qui se lient de manière immunospécifique au polypeptide, ainsi que des dérivés, variants, mutants, ou fragments dudit polypeptide, polynucléotide, ou anticorps. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes thérapeutiques, diagnostiques, ou des méthodes de recherche destinées au diagnostic, au traitement et à la prévention de troubles impliquant l'un quelconque desdits nouveaux acides nucléiques et protéines humains.
