- 34 - HUMAN T CELL HYBRIDOMAS ABSTRACT Human T cell hybridomas that have the ability to produce lymphokines, such as Interleukin-2, B Cell Growth Factor and helper lymphokines are disclosed. The hybridomas are produced from a human lymphoma cell and a normal human T lymphocyte. Methods of pro- ducing Interleukin-2, B Cell Growth Factor and helper lymphokines are provided. A method to stimulate antibody production comprising con- tacting human B lymphocytes and helper lymphokines is also disclosed.
