ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A non-human animal model is provided with human cancer cells supported on a support including a biological response modifier, with the animal preferably being immunodeficient with respect to its own immune system. The animal model can also be provided with a human immune system. The model can be used for testing cancer treatment for primary human cancer cells.
