It is intended to provide an antibody or an antibody fragment effective in treating allergic diseases in which IgE participates. Using the phage antibody method, a human antibody and an antibody fragment against a receptor (Fc.epsilon.RI) having a high affinity for the Fc fragment of IgE are obtained. Because of having an activity of inhibiting the binding activity of IgE to the IgE receptor, this human anti-IgE receptor and its antibody fragment are expected as useful in remedies for allergic diseases induced by the binding of IgE to the IgE receptor.
L'invention concerne un anticorps ou un fragment d'anticorps efficace pour traiter des affections allergiques dans lesquelles IgE est partie prenante. L'utilisation du procédé d'anticorps phage, d'un anticorps humain et d'un fragment d'anticorps contre un récepteur (Fc.epsilon.RI) possédant une grande affinité avec le fragment Fc de IgE sont obtenus. En raison de l'activité d'inhibition de l'activité de liaison de IgE au récepteur IgE, ce récepteur antiIgE humain et son fragment anticorps sont supposés servir dans des remèdes contre les affections allergiques causées par la liaison de IgE au récepteur IgE.
