In a Humane Animal Trap Lt is comprised of (4) four trap jaws which close in a overlapping Scissor Action. In this invention the trap jaws are different, each having a different function. Two of the jaws are similar having winged corners using a inner and outer frame. Connecting to (2) two of the other jaws having winged corners with a reversed bend on a inner and outer offset, offcentered f rame . In the connection of this trap one U shaped jaw on one side is welded in the center of the reversed bend, offset, off-centered trap jaw and the same for the other set of jaws. Held together in the center by a revits. The main feature of this trap is the reversed bend offset off-centered jaws which have a overlapping feature when closed, causing a quicker death for the animal with the striking (2) two different points on impact.
