Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to a humidifier-injector for a jet ventilator. The humidifier includes a first inlet receptive of a source of high frequency pulses of high velocity gas and a second inlet receptive of a humidifying fluid. A first pipe, having its input end in communication with the first inlet, has its output end configured to direct the flow of gas parallel to the longi- tudinal axis thereof. A second pipe, in communication with the second inlet, directs humidifying fluid adjacent to the output end of the first pipe and substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis thereof. Thus, the flow of gas is directed thereby.
