HUMIDIFIED RUBBER POWDER OBTAINED BY RECYCLING OF SCRAP MATERIAL of the type usable as raw material for the manufacture of several products applicable to such industries as building, automobile accessories, shoes, etc., replacing products such as wood, zinc sheet, fiber cement, plastic and any other rigid or semirigid material, as it contains from 66% to 77% of recycled material obtained by the grinding of 100% of discarded tires, and ground according to a mesh between 18 and 30 microns; from 15% to 22% of recycled plastic material, ground according to a mesh between 18 and 30 microns; and from 8% to 12% of a solution of acid with toluene or M.I.K. (methyl isobutyl ketone); said acid may be lactic, phosphoric or formic acid, its percentage in said solution being between 12% and 50%, while the percentages of toluene or M.I.K. are between 50% and 88%.
