The present invention relates to a ligand which specifically binds to the human tumor necrosis factor type 1 receptor (huTNFR1 ), the ligand comprising one or more amino acid sequences of human origin capable of reducing the immunogenic response of the ligand in human beings and one or more amino acid sequences capable of selectively binding to huTNFR1. The present invention further relates to a nucleic acid encoding said ligand and to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of disorders connected to huTNFR1.
La présente invention porte sur un ligand qui se lie de façon spécifique au récepteur de type 1 du facteur de nécrose tumoral humain (huTNFR1), le ligand comprenant une ou plusieurs séquences d'acides aminés d'origine humaine capables de réduire la réponse immunogène du ligand dans des êtres humains et une ou plusieurs séquences d'acides aminés capables de se lier sélectivement à huTNFR1. La présente invention porte en outre sur un acide nucléique codant pour le ligand et sur une composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement de troubles liés à huTNFR1.
