The present invention relates to a biological material comprising a matrix consisting of at least one derivative of hyaluronic acid on which endothelial cells, glandular cells such as islets of Langerhans and liver cells, skin adnexa, germinative cells of hair bulbs, and keratinocytes are grown, optionally in presence of a medium treated with fibroblasts or in a co-culture with fibroblasts. It is also described the process for the production of said biological material and its use for human and veterinary use, in cardiovascolar and oncological surgery, in transplants, to enhance the biological process of tissue vascularization and for aesthetic use, and also for the screening of medicaments or toxic substances and as a support gene transfection. Biological material comprising an efficacious cell culture and a biocompatible and biodegradable three-dimensional matrix consisting of a hyaluronic acid derivative.

L'invention concerne un matériau biologique composé d'une matrice consistant en au moins un dérivé d'acide hyaluronique, sur laquelle on a cultivé des cellules endothéliales, des cellules glandulaires, telles que des îlots de Langerhans et des cellules hépatiques, des annexes épidermiques, des cellules germinatives de bulbes pileux et des kératinocytes, éventuellement en présence d'un milieu traité par des fibroblastes ou en culture combinée contenant des fibroblastes. Elle concerne également le procédé de préparation dudit matériau biologique et son utilisation en médecine humaine et vétérinaire, en chirurgie cardio-vasculaire et oncologique, dans des transplantations, afin d'amplifier le processus biologique de vascularisation tissulaire et à des fins esthétiques, ainsi qu'également pour la recherche de médicaments ou de substances toxiques et en tant que support de transfection génique. Matériau biologique composé d'une culture active de cellules et d'une matrice tridimensionnelle biocompatible biodégradable consistant en un dérivé d'acide hyaluronique.
