A method is provided for detecting a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) message. The method comprising setting a round trip time (RTT) based on a time delay associated with acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) repetitions, and receiving a retransmitted HARQ message when the RTT expires. Also provided is a user equipment (UE) comprising a processor configured to set an RTT based on a time delay associated with ACK/NACK repetitions, and receive a retransmitted HARQ message when the RTT expires.

L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de détecter un message de requête de répétition automatique hybride (HARQ). Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à fixer un temps de propagation en boucle (RTT) basé sur un retard associé à des répétitions d'accusé de réception (ACK)/accusé de réception négatif (NACK), et recevoir un message HARQ retransmis lorsque le RTT expire. L'invention concerne également un équipement utilisateur (UE), comprenant un processeur configuré pour fixer un RTT basé sur un retard associé aux répétitions ACK/NACK, et recevoir un message HARQ retransmis lorsque le RTT expire.
